Since 1985, the AIDS Network (formerly the Madison AIDS Support Network) has provided critical AIDS care and prevention services to south central Wisconsin. We are sustained in these efforts by the resources, expertise and passion of hundreds of volunteers and donors. Working together we strive to meet the increasing needs that HIV disease and AIDS place before us.

Our Client Services team provides case management services for people living with HIV and AIDS and to their families. Our programs address the medical, emotional, legal and social service needs commonly associated with HIV/AIDS. Clients receiving case management and other program participants benefit from a range of services.

  • volunteer services
  • emergency financial assistance
  • transportation
  • mental health and support groups
  • early intervention
  • employment and benefits counseling
  • legal assistance
  • information and referral
  • All assistance is provided free of charge.

The Prevention team works to halt the spread of HIV and provides programs targeted to those who engage in high risk behaviors with:

  • outreach
  • early intervention
  • peer education programs
  • HIV counseling and testing referral
  • harm reduction programs
  • AIDS Network provides volunteer opportunities for community members in several areas:
  • outreach and events
