all Postage, Shipping, and Handling costs are included in the prices shown.

Policies and other information:

Payment: All payments are to be made payable to "3D Chess" and sent to the above address (unless ordering online via credit card). Orders paid with a certified cashier's check or postal money orders will be processed upon receipt. Orders paid with a personal check will be processed when the check has cleared.

Shipping: For shipping costs on orders outside the continental USA, please inquire.

Delivery: Please allow two weeks for delivery of standard in-stock chessboard models and up to five weeks for made-to-order chessboard models delivered in the continental USA.

Refunds: Postage and shipping costs will be deducted from returned items. No refunds after 30 days.

Damages: Customer to file claims with the freight company.
